Malcolm started his career at the BBC making acclaimed and award winning films before starting his own production company Touch. At Touch he built the company into a highly respected factual producer making series and specials for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Channel 5, Discovery, National Geographic, Animal Planet, ID, Sky, CBBC and TLC. Many of his shows won prestigious awards and international recognition across observational documentary, specialist factual, investigations, and factual entertainment.
In 2014 he started Brinkworth with the aim of building it into one of the most creative documentary production companies with distinctive programmes made with style and heart. He plays an important role as Executive Producer on much of the company’s output.
